Brasfield & Gorrie Finishes Baker Donelson Renovation

Birmingham, Ala.— Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC has completed a new corporate office space located in the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Birmingham for the law firm of Baker Donelson.

The nine month, multi-phased project included the demolition and reset of four floors of the firm’s existing workspace.  The new layout and design created a modern, first class environment for the firm that encompasses four floors and approximately 66,000 sq ft of space that includes a new lobby, conference rooms, training area, kitchen, breakroom, and administrative and attorney offices.

Corporate Realty Development served as the tenant representative for Baker Donelson while Cohen Carnaggio Reyolds was the project architect.

This marks Brasfield & Gorrie’s Corporate Services group’s 25th downtown corporate office space reset and 10th law firm space in the last five years which specializes in the planning and construction of interior corporate spaces.
