During planning for the HCA Davie project, our project teams extensively researched more than 65 possible prefabrication components. Brasfield & Gorrie, together with our design and trade partners, analyzed options to determine how to attain the greatest positive impact on the project’s timeline. By installing more than 300,000 feet of prefabricated electrical conduit, 494 prefabricated room modules, and 260 prefabricated wall panels, we achieved a 17 percent reduction in man-hours and reduced the original project schedule by a month, helping our client increase the speed to market.
