Come to Brasfield & Gorrie as a student and you’ll have a chance to make a difference. You will be part of our team, shaping skylines and impacting communities while gaining experiences and relationships to fuel your future.
Brasfield & Gorrie is the gold standard in the industry. It was the best decision I have ever made. The company has given me a chance to not only work on awesome projects but to grow my career. It's amazing working for a company that cares about its employees, and I'm grateful every day for the opportunities I've been given.
- Preston, VDC Coordinator University of Mississippi
My favorite thing about Brasfield & Gorrie is 100% the people. Everyone I work with has a team-player mentality and tries to help you in any way they can. As an intern, you are treated with the same mutual respect as a full-time employee.
- Tayshon, Intern
Georgia Southern University
Whether it’s on a jobsite, in the office, or playing in kickball leagues, the relationships I’ve built during each of my co-ops are a big reason I have happily returned to Brasfield & Gorrie for five co-op terms. It’s a special feeling returning for another term and running into familiar faces asking how you’ve been.
- Abby, Co-op University of Cincinnati
My favorite part about co-oping was being able to form relationships while getting experience that helped to confirm my interest in this career path!
- Madison, Assistant Project Manager University of Alabama

One of the best ways to find out if construction is the right path for you is by doing a co-op or internship.
Cooperative Education Program
Co-ops typically work three alternating terms while they are in school. Students can work during spring, summer, or fall semesters. Co-op students are registered through their schools and are typically earning a co-op diploma. Register with your school’s cooperative education office to express interest or to sign up for co-op interviews.
Internships
Talk to your school’s cooperative education office, career services center, or department advisor to find out when a Brasfield & Gorrie representative will visit your campus.
