We do. No matter where you are in your career, we offer training and mentorship designed to help you grow.

Yes! We’ve had an intern and co-op program for more than 30 years. Brasfield & Gorrie takes great pride in our student program and the pipeline of talent it provides.

We don’t have a set timeline. Our interviews can take a few days to a few months. We take our time to ensure that the match is a win for you and the company. Feel free to check the status of your application in your iCIMs account at any step along the way. It will tell you the exact phase of the process your application is in.

Our interviews will vary role to role as we work to find your perfect fit. Your experience, skills, and career goals may come up as we get to know you. We’ll also ask questions to hear specific examples of your past experience. We encourage you to explore our website and get to know Brasfield & Gorrie before your interview.

After you apply, our team will review your skills and experience. If they’re a match for the position, a recruiter will reach out via email. Additional steps in the process could include a phone interview, a lunch interview, or meeting with the hiring team, for example.

A recruiter will walk you through your next steps from start to finish. If your skill set is a match for a position, we’ll reach out to let you know what comes next. If your skill set is not a match, you’ll receive an email stating that we are unable to proceed based on open positions at that time.
