Where this path can take you
There’s no end to the places a job with Brasfield & Gorrie can take you, but here’s a look at what the future could hold.
Frequently asked questions
You asked, we answered. Here are some of the most common questions we get about hiring at Brasfield & Gorrie.
We do. No matter where you are in your career, we offer training and mentorship designed to help you grow.
Yes! We’ve had an intern and co-op program for more than 30 years. Brasfield & Gorrie takes great pride in our student program and the pipeline of talent it provides.
We don’t have a set timeline. Our interviews can take a few days to a few months. We take our time to ensure that the match is a win for you and the company.
Our interviews will vary role to role as we work to find your perfect fit. Skill assessments, your experience, and your career goals may come up as we get to know you. We’ll also ask questions to hear specific examples of your past experience. We encourage you to explore our website and get to know Brasfield & Gorrie before your interview.
After you apply, our team will review your skills and experience. If they’re a match for the position, a recruiter will reach out via email. Additional steps could include a phone interview, a lunch interview, or a meeting with the hiring team, or for example.
From start to finish, a recruiter will walk you through your next steps. If your skill set is a match for a position, we’ll reach out to inform you of what’s next. If your skill set is not a match, you’ll receive an email that we are unable to proceed based on open positions at that time. Please check our website regularly for new positions as they are always changing.
Some positions require different levels of travel, so willingness to travel or relocate can unlock additional career opportunities. Construction is a mobile industry, with many of our operational positions right where our clients want us: on the jobsite. We value the level of hands-on service that being in the field provides. Please check the description of the role you’re applying for to see if travel will be required.
All email providers have different security restrictions. As much as we try to ensure that our emails hit your inbox, sometimes they’re categorized as spam. Please check your junk mail to ensure you don’t miss a message from us.
