Brasfield & Gorrie Completes TRT Holdings Headquarters

TRT Holdings Headquarters makes its home at Old Parkland

Dallas, Texas (July 3, 2013) TRT Holdings, parent company of Omni Hotels & Resorts and Gold’s Gym International, has a prominent new location with the completion of their new headquarters building.

The six-story, 345,000 sq ft office building features amenities for employees and visitors including a café, health club, conference center, and a large patio. In addition to the office building, general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie constructed a two-level underground parking deck. The building is the newest addition to the Old Parkland campus and design details are based on the classical architecture of the  surrounding buildings.

Approximately 275 associates from TRT Holdings, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Gold’s Gym International are expected to occupy the headquarters office.
