General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie recently topped out the first office tower at 760 Ralph McGill. The topping out milestone celebrates the structure reaching its full height. The second office tower’s topping out is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

“We’re honored to partner with New City Properties on another project that will shape this Atlanta neighborhood,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Matt McClure. The general contractor and developer previously collaborated on 725 Ponce and Ford Factory renovations.

760 Ralph McGill’s two 11-story office towers will total 485,000 sq ft atop a six-level, 630,000 sq ft underground parking deck. The towers will also include 30,000 sq ft of street-level and BeltLine-facing retail. The project will seek LEED® Gold certification.

The office towers are part of a mixed-use development that will also include a 359-unit multifamily tower and a boutique hotel. The first phase of the development also includes a pedestrian bridge for BeltLine connectivity and surrounding roads and hardscape areas to complement the development. In addition to New City Properties, Brasfield & Gorrie is collaborating with architecture firms HKS (executive architect) and Olson Kundig (design architect). The office towers are scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022.
