New luxury condominiums overlook Charleston Harbor

Birmingham, Ala. (September 14, 2016) – Brasfield & Gorrie recently completed Tides IV in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This seven-story, 54-unit condominium overlooking Charleston Harbor includes one-, two- and three-bedroom units with features such as hardwood floors, marble counter tops, large kitchens and covered porches.

Serving as general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie partnered with architect LS3P Associates. The development is sponsored by East West Partners and The Carlyle Group.
