Brasfield & Gorrie Awarded Burton Hills Office Building

Construction expected to begin this week

Nashville, Tennessee (February 22, 2013) Brasfield & Gorrie was recently announced as the general contractor on the Burton Hills office building project in Green Hills.

The three-story, 110,000 sq ft office building will sit atop a three-story, below-grade, 331-space parking deck. The project will also include a separate two-story, 60,000 sq ft, 120-car parking deck. The new facility will serve as the headquarters for Nashville-based AmSurg Corp.

Construction of the 120-car parking structure will begin this month, with construction of the office building following in summer 2013.

The project architect is Hastings Architecture Associates, with whom Brasfield & Gorrie has had the privilege to partner on multiple projects for more than a decade.
