Brasfield & Gorrie Begins Work on Tractor Supply Company Headquarters

Brentwood, Tennessee (March 1, 2013) – After breaking ground last month, Brasfield & Gorrie continues to make progress on Tractor Supply Company’s headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee.
The project will include two four-story office buildings totaling 260,000 sq ft and a 324,000 sq ft, four-level parking deck. The office buildings will be connected by a central, two-story atrium. Currently, construction crews have drilled caissons and are pouring the deep and shallow foundations. The project team plans to begin erecting the office buildings within the next month.
The headquarters is seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certification. The project is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2014.
Brasfield & Gorrie is partnering with Hastings Architecture Associates to complete the project for Tractor Supply Company.
