Originally completed in 1899, the 130,000 sq ft Tomochichi Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse is a historic icon located in downtown Savannah. This alteration project consists of miscellaneous building repairs, hazardous materials abatement and demolition, historic restoration, select rehabilitation of the existing building, replacement and upgrade of the mechanical and electrical systems, significant court security upgrades, and restoration of the building’s interior finishes. This project is seeking LEED® Gold V4 certification.
