St. George Village is the first retirement community developed by the Archdiocese of Atlanta. The 20-acre site includes a 306,000 sq ft building and a 54,000 sq ft parking garage. The building houses 153 independent living units containing one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that range from 900 to 1,800 sq ft.

A two-story health center houses 25 assisted living units, 14 dementia units, and 15 skilled care units, each with a separate prep kitchen, dining area, and activity area. The community center includes a wellness center with aerobic, weight, and massage areas, an indoor pool with locker room facilities, a full-service kitchen and dining facility, a chapel, an auditorium, a library, activity areas, a beauty/barber shop, a card room, and administrative areas.

The property has two large ponds, a waterfall, a central courtyard with stream features, a putting green, a gazebo, culinary gardens, and a bandstand for outdoor events.
