The Southport Business Park – Spec Labs 2 & 4 project includes the build-out of 25,257 sq ft of four suites for laboratory space. The new laboratory space is speculative, attracting new science and technology tenants to the growing market. The project also includes the build-out of UNC Hospital’s BFAS laboratory.
