Formerly known as Technology Enterprise Park, Science Square is an 18-acre mixed-use development on Georgia Tech’s campus. The first phase of the project includes a 13-story, 390,000 sq ft Class AA office building with lab and office space, a café, a fitness center, and a 950-space precast parking deck. The building will have ground floor retail and restaurant space, and several outdoor amenities. The project will be seeking LEED certification.

As part of the Science Square, Brasfield & Gorrie is also building a 285-unit combination wood frame and concrete high-rise residential tower that will sit adjacent to the life science building.
