Brasfield & Gorrie has completed the tenant interiors for three Class A office buildings at the MetLife Global Technology and Operations Headquarters. Completed in 2015, the interiors for buildings one and two total 440,000 sq ft and are LEED Platinum certified. The interiors for building three, completed in 2019, include 156,000 sq ft of workspace and are pending LEED Gold certification. The work environment is focused on productivity, connectivity, diversity, and wellness. The collaborative working environment features 3,300 flexible open office seats with numerous lounge spaces and team work areas on each floor, including 126 conference rooms, training rooms, and huddle spaces.
