The Mars Petcare North America Headquarters is a multistory, 232,863 sq ft, build-to-suit headquarters. This pet-friendly, collaborative office space features three monumental staircases, numerous huddle spaces, a café, a gym, and a doggie daycare facility. The casual workspace is extended into the courtyard, where seating is available for outdoor meetings. The project is seeking LEED Gold certification.
