Magnolia Marketplace is a 97,251 sq ft retail center with six big box tenants: Michaels, PetSmart, Ulta, Shoe Carnival, T.J. Maxx, and Ross Dress for Less. Our contract included the shell space for all tenants and the build-out for five tenants. The project ownership group is a joint venture development between Stirling Properties and JCH Development. Brasfield & Gorrie’s outstanding performance on Fremaux Town Center with Stirling Properties helped us secure this project.
