LakePoint Sporting Community is on track to be one of the world’s largest and most unique destinations for travel sports. With more than 1,300 acres, LakePoint will feature state-of-the-art sports venues and 5 million sq ft of amenities, including hotels, restaurants, themed retail, bowling, ziplines, and water parks.

Brasfield & Gorrie recently completed Phase 1 of this unique sports-centric complex that is intended to host 41 sports. Phase 1 of this massive development consisted of multiple projects, including the construction of eight major-league-sized baseball fields, three soccer/lacrosse fields, Terminus Wake Park, concessions, support buildings, landscape, and 375,000 sq ft of hardscape.
