The Kingsboro at Lenbrook expansion added 53 independent living units on a six-acre parcel adjacent to the established Lenbrook life plan community. The five-story independent living facility includes 39 residences with a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 3,200 sq ft. Another three buildings each include four to five residences between 2,000 and 3,200 sq ft. A full-size croquet court meeting United States Croquet Association standards was also added to the project as a new amenity.
