The recently completed 18,400 sq ft addition and renovation at Cypress Glen Retirement Community includes a swimming pool, aerobics and weight training areas, spa and salon (barber/beauty), library, private dining addition, and green roof terrace.

The project began with the addition of the Wellness Center. Prior to its completion, the client added a $1 million Four Seasons Room renovation and expansion to the scope of the project. The additional scope included gutting an existing space and remodeling it to include a kitchen and a new living space/banquet-type party hall overlooking the facility’s new green roof. The project site development included outdoor activity space, including a tai chi court and koi pond.

Building on Cypress Glen’s mission of caring, this expansion and renovation enhanced the facility’s service as the only retirement community in the area to offer a full continuum of care.
