The Blue Bell Creameries Henderson Distribution Center is a 15,000 sq ft facility consisting of office space, dry warehouse, and cold storage. The new facility allows Blue Bell to expand its products into the surrounding geographic area. This will be the 31st project we’ve completed with Blue Bell since 1995.
