This three-floor, 30,426 sq ft tenant build-out in the Young and Vann Building in downtown Birmingham is Brasfield & Gorrie’s third project for Alabama Media Group, which consolidated its news organization by moving to a paperless/online service. The building’s open floor plan allows reporters and other employees to come in and “plug and play” at any workstation at any time.
