The 64,000 sq ft renovated courthouse will house the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services System, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Marshals Service, and U.S. General Services Administration offices. The project includes life safety upgrades, associated demolition, hazardous materials abatement, new mechanical systems/building automation systems window replacements, roof replacement, building envelope repair, new generator, new electrical distribution, and finish updates. The tenant post office remains operational during the project duration.
