Brasfield & Gorrie Completes WellStar East Cobb Health Park

$45 million construction project completed on schedule, within budget
Atlanta, Ga. (Oct. 16, 2014) – Brasfield & Gorrie today announced the on-schedule completion of the new WellStar East Cobb Health Park in Marietta, Georgia.
The project, which totaled $45 million in construction costs, included a three-story, 162,000 sq ft medical office building. Aiming to serve as a one-stop shop for health care, the health park includes spaces for various surgical, urgent care, imaging and rehabilitation services, as well as medical offices and a pharmacy.
The center opened to the public on Sept. 15, 2014.
Serving as general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie’s Atlanta office teamed with CDH Partners Inc. on this project for WellStar Health System. The project team utilized paperless project delivery to complete the project on time and on budget.
