James Cohran

Executive Vice President, Field Operations

Built upon more than 20 years of getting his boots dirty, James oversees field operations in our Texas Region. He’s best known for his expertise in self-performing concrete structures and taking the helm on some of the highest-profile projects in our portfolio—experience he draws on to support our field teams today. His work spans industrial, commercial, healthcare, and mission critical, including leading teams on award-winning The Joseph Nashville, the LEED Gold-certified Gulch Hub complex, and several projects with HCA Healthcare. James is currently overseeing field operations on the Paramount mixed-use residential development projected to become Tennessee’s tallest building. Project Zeus, a hyperscale complex of ten data centers, rounds out his diverse portfolio of notable builds. The success of these and many of our other acclaimed projects is a result of his precision, accountability, and steady leadership presence.
