Troy Ogden

Senior Vice President, Safety and Learning

Drawing on 25 years of industry experience—including more than a decade at Brasfield & Gorrie—Troy drives the culture of continuous improvement that keeps our people sharp and safe. He leads our Learning and Development Team, whose training spans craft skills to leadership development. As the leader of our Safety Team, he’s also behind the proactive mindset helping fulfill our companywide commitment to strengthening our controls and empowering our people. Troy’s commitment to returning people home better than when they arrived also extends to his community. He serves on boards for the American Red Cross, Beyond the Line, and Murray State University’s occupational safety and health advisory board.
