Alexia Borden

Chief Administrative Officer

Alexia leads our legal, risk, human resources, corporate affairs and giving departments. Her leadership is informed by legal and strategic expertise gained while earning an industrial engineering degree from Georgia Tech, a law degree from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from MIT. Before joining Brasfield & Gorrie, Alexia was a partner at a nationally recognized law firm and general counsel for one of Alabama’s largest utilities. Beyond her professional work, Alexia is deeply engaged in the community. She serves on several nonprofit boards, is a Leadership Alabama graduate, and has been recognized as one of Georgia Tech’s Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni and This is Alabama’s Women Who Shape the State.
