Senior Vice President

For more than 25 years, Eric has helped shape North Carolina’s capital city through projects that drive economic development, create community-centered public spaces, and redefine skylines. His portfolio includes the MetLife Global Technology Campus, Bandwidth Inc. Headquarters, the North Hills Expansion, and the City of Raleigh’s East Civic Tower. Eric has also been instrumental in establishing our firm as a formidable competitor in Charlotte. He led the award-winning AvidXchange headquarters and managed the Ally Charlotte Center—a distinctive high-rise that transformed the city’s skyline. The project’s scale and significant self-perform effort reinforced our reputation across the Southeast as builders who embrace complex challenges. Today, Eric oversees our Raleigh operations across eight market sectors and three divisions, continuing to shape the city he calls home one project at a time. Beyond the jobsite, he has supported the industry through his long-standing involvement with Associated Builders & Contractors of the Carolinas, where he has served as both a board member and chapter chair.
