Wilson Nash

General Counsel

Wilson brings thoughtful insight to complex challenges. As General Counsel, he leads our Legal Department in its work reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing claims and litigation, and supporting the company’s risk management and compliance functions. His early career in construction law laid the foundation for his counsel today, and his practical insight has made him a trusted voice within our company and the legal community for more than a decade. Wilson regularly shares his knowledge through industry seminars and conferences, and his leadership extends beyond work through his involvement with the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama, the Alabama Court Appointed Special Advocates, the Rotary Club of Birmingham, and more.
