Assistant Field Managers

Assistant Field Managers (AFM) are Superintendents in Training. If you’re interested in field management, you can apply to co-op or intern in our student program. This gives you hands-on experience and a solid understanding of our company. AFMs perform a wide range of duties to assist with development of the skills needed to be a Superintendent.

Project Management

In a true team effort, project managers work directly with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners throughout the project—from the preconstruction phase to the final day, when we hand the keys to the owner. Project managers work on site, overseeing all aspects of the project, including schedule, costs, and overall budget.

Preconstruction

Our preconstruction teams build accurate and complete estimates as we review and bid new projects. They also build important relationships while working with trade partners on pricing. These highly disciplined and detail-oriented individuals are the reason our pricing is among the most competitive and accurate in the industry.

Superintendent

Brasfield & Gorrie superintendents guide all on-site activities during construction. Their duties include staffing, planning, and coordinating all Brasfield & Gorrie and trade partner work. Superintendents work hand-in-hand with the overall project team.
