Twelve24 Office Development, Built by Brasfield & Gorrie, Opens in Atlanta

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of one of its separate account clients, recently announced the completion and grand opening of Twelve24, an innovative 345,000-square-foot class-AA office building in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Brasfield & Gorrie was the general contractor. What makes Twelve24 truly unique is the fifth-floor Sky Lobby, Great Room, and amenity floor all with breathtaking views and expansive outdoor deck amenities. Insight Global, a national staffing and services company, has leased approximately 72 percent of the building. The 16-story transit-oriented property also includes 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant will anchor a 7,500-square-foot ground-floor retail space at Twelve24 for its first Atlanta location.

Twelve24 features 30,000-square-foot floorplates with 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows and extensive outdoor terraces within tenant spaces and the building’s common areas, which offer impressive Buckhead-to-Downtown views from the elevated floors. Tenants at Twelve24 and their guests will have access to best-in-class amenities located on the fifth-floor Sky Lobby, including an indoor/outdoor conference center, an executive-level fitness center, a tenant lounge and gourmet café, and an amenity deck.
