WakeMed Medical Park of Cary

WakeMed Medical Park of Cary began as a redevelopment of an existing 90,000 sq ft medical park next to WakeMed’s Cary Hospital in North Carolina with the goal of modernizing the campus and expanding what it could support. The centerpiece of the transformation is a five-story, 133,890 sq ft Class A medical office building designed as a state-of-the-art destination for outpatient care. To match the increased activity, the project also included a 404-space precast parking deck to help patients and staff move in and out smoothly. Altogether, the redevelopment has positioned the Medical Park for long-term demand in Cary.
