TK Elevator Corporate Headquarters Interior Build-Out is a four-floor, 118,972 sq ft interior buildout at Three Ballpark Center that includes offices, meeting rooms, lounges, a breakroom, café, restrooms, and prefunction/event production spaces/catering. This project is seeking LEED Gold. Brasfield & Gorrie also constructed the base building. This project is LEED Gold Certified.
