The Spires at Berry College

Nestled among the southern Appalachian foothills and adjacent to Eagle Lake, The Spires is a thriving continuing care retirement community. Its proximity to Berry College is a powerful draw for active seniors as they’re welcome to roam the college’s more than 40 miles of trails, attend athletic events and concerts, or take classes for free. Our team built this award-winning facility from the ground up—and even six months’ worth of rain delays didn’t keep us from finishing on time.
