Renaissance at Colony Park Phase II

Renaissance at Colony Park has become a premier destination in a prominent suburb of Jackson, Mississippi, featuring dozens of excellent shops and restaurants adjacent to four office spaces and two hotels. For this award-winning project, Brasfield & Gorrie was asked to expand the property’s existing Lifestyle Center, which consists of six total steel structure buildings. Our team outfitted the facility with light gauge exterior walls and EIFS facade with arriscraft wainscoting for a modern look.
