Following the success of apartments at Current at The Banks, we began the mixed-use development’s second phase in 2014. Despite the challenges of navigating concrete pours in the bitter cold, we delivered Radius at the Banks to connect locals to the culture of Cincinnati. The complex is situated downtown and residents who call it home have Paycor Stadium, the Great American Ball Park, and several bars and restaurants in their own backyard.
