Mayflower Retirement Center Expansion

After constructing the shell of the building in 1988, Brasfield & Gorrie returned to the Mayflower Retirement Center three decades later to complete a two-phase renovation. The first phase was anchored by a new, four-story healthcare building offering traditional long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and memory care. The second phase included five new three-story buildings for independent living apartment units and a new clubhouse.
