HarborChase of Dr. Phillips

Named after a local citrus magnate and celebrated philanthropist, this retirement community build posed a unique challenge for the project team. Typically, accommodations for independent living, assisted living, and memory care are located in separate facilities, but HarborChase brings them all together in harmony. Each wing of the structure required its own distinct amenities, so our Virtual Design + Construction Department created virtual spaces for the owner to experience how they would look and feel after completion.
