ACIPCO Employee and Administration Campus Improvements

We are currently working on improvements and additions on American Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO)’s campus. Through this project, it is ACIPCO’s goal to enhance the overall working experience of the members of the manufacturing team by providing updated facilities that provide employee services; create a state of the art, attractive, efficient and fiscally responsible corporate and administration building that will help attract and retain top talent in the marketplace; use the physical improvements to create unity and connectivity between the manufacturing teams and the administration / corporate teams; and honor the rich history and culture of the company while establishing new facilities that will be used for the next 50 years and beyond.

We are improving the campus in three phases. Phase 1 consists of a new 13,000 sq ft materials testing lab and employee parking. Phase 2 is a 98,000 sq ft, three-story employee center that includes a new cafeteria and dining commons, occupational health clinic, wellness center with gym, weight room, aerobics studio, locker rooms and showers, and training facilities with auditorium and classrooms. Phase 3 will be a new administration building to include updated employee offices, conference rooms and executive suites.

Phase 1 of the Material Testing Lab was completed in November 2025 and is currently in operation. Phase 2 is under construction, and Phase 3 is currently being designed.
