Southport Innovation Center Spec Labs and PFAS Lab

We built out four spec suites of laboratory space on this project. During construction, one 9,300 sq ft lab suite was leased to the University of North Carolina to conduct testing of water filtration resin technology. It’s helping researchers determine how to permanently remove synthetic chemicals from drinking water.
