Longfellow Discovery 4 and 5 Speculative Laboratory Improvements

These projects included full buildouts of six speculative laboratory and office suites totaling over 61,000 sq ft at Longfellow Real Estate Partners’ Discovery campus in Perimeter Park. In addition to office and conference space and separate tenant entries, we provided move-in ready mobile casework, fume hoods, sinks, and safety stations, as well as a tissue culture lab and space for future tenants to customize within each lab.
