The first phase of this project includes a 155,000 sq ft research and development office building, a 163,000 sq ft biomanufacturing building, a 210,000 sq ft biomanufacturing building, a fitness center, and an amenity building. We’re also building a 966-car parking deck on the 97-acre site. The campus addresses the growing need for high-quality lab and biomanufacturing space while offering employees access to restaurants, retail, and other amenities.
