Wellstar Paulding Hospital Bed Tower B
The Wellstar Paulding Hospital Bed Tower B project is a 222,150 sq ft, eight-story expansion featuring 20 prep/recovery bays, two cath labs, and a CDU buildout. The project adds 56 patient beds and 16 CDU beds, along with renovations and expansions to inpatient and outpatient imaging suites.
As part of the overall development, Brasfield & Gorrie also completed a 500-space precast parking deck (designed for future horizontal expansion), a new generator yard, an oxygen farm, a cooling tower yard, and the relocation of the existing helipad in September 2025.
