Brasfield & Gorrie tops out Nashville’s 1740 Division Residential Tower
April 27, 2026
Expanding residential living while shaping Nashville’s evolving skyline, Brasfield & Gorrie recently marked the completion of the structural framework at 1740 Division. This milestone marks the topping out of the 20-story residential tower.
In partnership with developer LG Group, the project will offer 396 new residential units along with a 444-space open-air parking lot.
Amenities will include a green rooftop with a lounge and pool, indoor gathering and coworking spaces and a fitness area.
The tower will also feature public, music-focused spaces, including podcast, recording and rehearsal studios, inspired by Nashville’s culture.
“Getting to this point takes a lot of hard work from a lot of people. We celebrate this milestone to recognize the effort behind such a detailed project,” said Dan Armour, vice president and division manager at Brasfield & Gorrie. “From residential units to shared community spaces, this tower brings together the elements that shape urban living in Nashville.”
Serving as general contractor, Brasfield & Gorrie builds on its established Tennessee presence, anchored by its Nashville office opened in 1998. The company has completed more than 550 projects statewide in a variety of market sectors.
NORR serves as the project’s architect. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
