Brasfield & Gorrie Renovates Iconic Dallas Office Towers

Brasfield & Gorrie will soon occupy the entire 10th floor of The Gild at 8350 N Central Expressway. The 16,221 sq ft state-of-the-art building is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation. Updates to the two-tower office complex will include updated tower lobbies with lounges and coffee bars, updated restrooms and tenant corridors, a modern conference and meeting center, and a park.

Brasfield & Gorrie, one of the nation’s largest privately held construction firms, is the general contractor.

“We’re excited to get started on the renovations and welcome more people to The Gild, where our office has been located since 2016,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Regional Vice President and Division Manager Jason Weeks. “Seeing the building as occupants and general contractors gives us a unique perspective on the project and makes it special for us.”
