The New Baptist Hospital Campus

At the time of award, this 57-acre campus represented the single largest investment in healthcare facilities, services, and programs in Northwest Florida’s history. In addition to its 264-bed hospital, the campus counts a medical office building, behavioral health hospital, and central energy plant among its state-of-the-art facilities.
This project was the culmination of our almost decade-long relationship with Baptist Health Care, reflecting our shared mission of advancing healthcare access and outcomes.
