Located in Wilmington’s charming Autumn Hall community, this continuing care retirement community blends the city’s beachside beauty with elegant design. Brasfield & Gorrie constructed this new facility in two phases over the course of 18 months to provide a full continuum of lifestyle choices for local seniors including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. For our team’s efforts on the Carolina Bay project, we received award recognition from national, regional, and market-specific organizations.
