Established in 1984, Brasfield & Gorrie’s Orlando office is located in Winter Park, Florida, in the Heritage Park office building, which we constructed in 2013. Adjacent to Winter Park Village, the Heritage Park office building is situated within walking distance to Park Avenue and the SunRail station, with easy access to Highway 17/92 and Interstate 4. Our notable projects in the area include Orlando City Hall, AdventHealth Ginsburg Tower, AdventHealth Orlando Women’s Hospital, The Plaza, The Sevens Apartments, AdventHealth Apopka Replacement Hospital, and AdventHealth Celebration. Our work spans a variety of market sectors—most notably commercial, healthcare, and multifamily.

Our roots run deep in the Orlando community, and we enjoy partnerships with many local charitable organizations, including Dr. Phillips Charities, AdventHealth, the Salvation Army Orlando Metropolitan Area Command, YMCA of Central Florida, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida.
