Construction is now complete on the newest addition to the Fourth Ward mixed-use development under construction along Atlanta’s BeltLine. General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie completed an 18-story residential tower at 760 Ralph McGill. The 493,600 sq ft tower includes 359 units, along with an abundance of amenity spaces.

Developed by New City Properties, the mixed-use development’s initial phase also includes two 11-story office towers, an underground parking deck, street-level retail, a 16-story boutique hotel, and a pedestrian bridge for BeltLine connectivity. Brasfield & Gorrie completed the office towers in 2022, and the hotel is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2024.

The general contractor and developer previously collaborated on 725 Ponce and Ford Factory renovations. Brasfield & Gorrie also collaborated with architecture firms HKS (executive architect) and Morris Adjmi Architects (design architect) on this project.
