One North Hills Celebrates Construction Milestone

Brasfield & Gorrie recently celebrated the completion of the concrete exterior at One North Hills, an office tower that is part of the North Hills Main District Expansion project in Raleigh, North Carolina.

One North Hills is a 10-story, 266,000 sq ft office tower featuring ground-level retail and prominent interstate visibility. General contractor Brasfield & Gorrie self-performed 60,000 cu yds of concrete for the project, one of the largest pours the company has done to date. Using its own forces to complete this work gave the general contractor more control over the project’s timeline. Self-performance also creates training and career opportunities for employees.

The North Hills Expansion project also includes a 12-story concrete residential tower, a steel 5-story creative office building, and a concrete parking deck below the development. One North Hills Tower is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023. Duda|Paine Architect is the project architect. The overall project is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2024.
